If I remember correctly, my lock came with the whole assembly and two keys for about $25.

On the other hand if you just happened to lose one of your keys and needed a replacement, the cost is more and you only get one key.

thanks FISHEYE for the kit numbers. I assume that this lock assembly will fit all tour packs? I phoned my dealer and they don't sell the kits, only the separate pieces to make up the kit and no instructions. Good thing I have the service manuals. Thanks for all the replies.

Okay, the part number for the kit is 53194-07. It came with 2 keys keyed to match the rest of the bike and took about a week to get it in from the dealer. $20-$25. I don't think it came with instructions. If it did, they weren't very good.

You're welcome. It will help you if you know the code for your key. I still have the little tab that came with my bike keys.
