The pulleys may be placed further apart(due to the new frame) along with the 2 tooth bigger rear pulley on the '09 up as the belt is 3 teeth longer. The 07-08 belt is 137t
Apologies to Badgerbob for deviating from the original question but he now knows he needs a 139 tooth belt. There is a lot of good information in this thread covering both the '07-'08 & '09up models.
Judging from everyones input here, the '07-'08 stock 137 tooth belt is most versatile, fitting 30T, 31T & 32T trans pulleys when coupled with a 68T rear pulley.
The reason I wanted to know is because I'm in the process of fabricating a new swingarm to accomnidate a '10 Ultra wheel & 180mm tire to mount on my '07 and have the opportunity to adjust the swingarm length. From the information given in this thread, I now know the stock length of the '07-'08 swingarm is perfect and it is only the width that needs to be increased for my purpose.
