I just did mine, 2009 Street Glide turn signal bar with Kuryakyn license plate bracket. Here are some pics.

Keithhu that is what I am going to end up with I think. I have a Bright *** Light and I like it so I don't want to get rid of that, I also bought that turn signal bar I started this project and wasn't going to move the plate now I think I want to.

I used this style. It is curved and the plate slides in from the bottom and is held in by 2 allens on the back. It can be placed anywhere on the fender but you have to drill the 2 holes in the fender to mount.

A little off subject, but, I never understood why some "blur/cover/distort" their licence plates when posting online. Cant the whole public see the plate when ya leave the house? Its not like your posting your social, or a cell #.

Just asking.......I posted a pic of my plate once, and thought, "maybe I should make that not viewable".

Nice looking plates btw....lol.

I don't understand it either, I've asked this question several times on the forum, what you usually get back is some paranoia about looking up the plates and finding your house, etc, which is complete silliness. And now that I just said it, the tinfoil hats will come out of the woodwork.

But I can still snap a photo of your plate a bike night and post it anywhere I want, lol.

My 09 FLHP previously had the plate attached to the fixed rack that I removed and have 4-point in its place. I got a light bar from an 09 RK that has the plate light and replaced the tail light with BAL1 without the upward facing plate light.

I wanted to keep the RK look so I have a HD narrow turn signal bar with HD bullet turn signals (front and rear) and a J&P licence plate with lay back light cover, now removed those reflector bolts for chome ones

I used the Softbrake relocation plate on my 2012 RKC. I spray painted the 3 screws in the rear fender with some satin black paint and then re-installed them. I might use a HD medallion in place of the screws, but the paint I used matches perfectly, so I might just leave it alone.
