Default License Plate Relocation.
Who has moved their license plate? I am looking to do something different with mine but not sure what. I was thinking THIS but wanted to see what others have done.

you don't list model, so not sure where you are starting...

If you get that mount in the link, you can get plate bolts with leds in them if you have a cycle gear chain store near you, or available from a number of online sources, the wiring would have to be hidden behind the plate and tagged into the taillight circuit somewhere

in my case I put a road king signal bar/plate mount on my 09 FLHTC, the curved part on the signal bar is the led-

obviously, the tour pak is detached- the plate mount that comes with the detachable kit is like a big 'ol spoiler back there

It's a 2010 Electra Glide Classic. I put a bullet style bar on it but it is not off a Street Glide. Its THIS ONE

I've seen this one installed and it looks good - it wil be my next purchase with LED bolts to light the plate...

I have a 2011 Roadglide Ultra and I used parts from a 2008 streetglide to put the plate and lights under my brake light.

I wanted to keep the stock location of my lights and plate bracket. The HD plate bracket that comes with the HD Tour Pak Quick 4 Point Mount Kit is really fugly. I installed a Kuryaykn 3165 Layed Back and Curved Plate on mine. I know it says for 08 and below, but if you get 2 new 1/4x20 SS Mounting Screws that are 1/4" longer, it bolts up real nice, with no drilling. You can also still use the HD square chrome bracket on the rear of the Kury Kit too.
