Best Sounding/Performance Slip-ons
1. The cubic inch and cam of the motor make a HUGE difference in the way a particular exhaust sounds. Always ask if its stock, or what cubic inch someone is running, and if it has cams or not.
2. The Head-pipe ie; Stock, True Duals, 2-1-2 set, etc.
3. How many miles are on them.... a set with 30k miles will sound different than a set with 500 miles.
I've run CFR's on several different setups now, and I've been happy with every configuration. My CFR's were almost tame on an '85 80" EVO, but on a '09 110" CVO with Power Duals, they would blow your mind! On a '06 with a 95" they were my idea of perfect.... Doesn't wake the neighbors at 5:00 am, but crack the throttle and the rattle the glass on every house on the block.

Granted.... just my .02
Worst part about it, pipe are such a personal choice in terms of sound, you are going to have to simply hear as many in person as possible before making a choice. And NEVER trust YouTube for a final decision.
For me, the Samsons were too loud. The Jackpots are deeper and I feel the torque difference. Just my $.02
