Default Power outlet options

I had just purchased a 2012 Ultra. My question is for the touring guys/gals: I would like to install a power outlet. Most of them that I had seen is in the tourpak. Can the cig lighter be replaced with an outlet? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I ran power to my detachable Tour Pak in a harness I made for the stereo amp I installed in there to drive my rear speakers. I bought a dual cigarette lighter/dual USB port device at WalMart that plugs into a cigarette lighter. I cut off the cigarette lighter plug, wired it into the above mentioned harness, and velcro'd it to the Tour Pak liner. Instant switched power for $8 plus 30 minutes labor.

I also have the sam one in the glove box. The photo is that one. Can't find a pic of the Tour Pak one.
