not on the domestic bikes. are you sure it was from a 2011?
not disputing the results, but there has been more than one thread where jamie has said that with/without cat there is not much difference in dyno results.
The guy told me they came off a 2011 SG. When I asked him about the cat, He didn't know why it was there. It was there right in the entrance of the right side muffler. I wish I had taken pictures. I got the set from him and removed the cat. You can see them on my RK in my sig pic.

Here's a better picture of the Muffler's off a 2011 SG. That's why I asked if anybody with a 2011 SG had noticed this when changing stock muffler's. You can see these are from a 2011 FLHX.

the cat on the 2010 and up bikes is in the headpipes, not in the muffler itself. it would be interesting to see if the bike in question had 2 converters on it

i suppose crazier things have happened...
It did skratch, I got the entire system because I had given mine to a friend when I went to the 2into1 setup about a year ago. I didn't think I would ever go back, never say never, Right? The stock header has a cat and also the right side muffler. I removed the cat in the muffler. It wasn't hard as it was near the inlet. I drilled a few holes in it, knocked it out and polished the inner wall's without hurting the muffler.
