What would that cost to buy from the dealer with the MOCO logo on it?

Bite the bullet, get the thermos, it can keep stuff hot OR cold, how does it know the difference? Carries stuff other than coffee too. Quite versatile.

I would stop and get a paper cup of coffee and then ask for a doubled plastic bag ...twist and tie a knot in it securing the cup and then wedge it between stuff in the saddlebag until I got to work.

Great idea. Have you considered carving out a solid chunk of styrofoam? Would keep the jo hot also!! Saddle bag is big enough that you could have different shapes for different liquid containers.

Default Not Cheap -- Inovative

The way I resolved that issue was to get on the bike and ride right past work for a couple hundred miles..... totally forgot about my favorite drink to start the day at work!!

I had a thermos I got from goodwill. It was almost brand new. It was a little smaller then the normal ones so it works great for the saddle bag...

I like your ingenuity....

It's a 34oz mug...so yeah, pretty large. I'm sure the H-D branded cardboard box coffee mug holder would retail for around $39.95!

...I thought about a thermos, but I was trying to come up with something cheaper using things I already had around the house.

Funny. I carry a thermos. I am so bad I bought a 1 burner stove and a 4 cup coffee pot for camping. It works good.
