Good to hear you'll ride another day...as for the AZZhole that caused this it's just unexceptable! And for the folks who didn't even care to see if you were alright? Makes me wonder what happened to Americans?
Glad you're ok and like the others have said, the fender can be fixed/replaced. I crashed 3 months ago and now that winter is settling in here in New England I am getting ready to do my winter repairs. I just ordered my painted parts which includes a new front fender among other things. I did a price search and Chicago HD have the best prices for painted parts. I would call them and talk to an internet salesperson to get the correct part # for your fender or your local dealer should be able to give it to you. Vivid black is the easiest color to get. But in any event CHD will have the best price for painted parts. I have about 2K in parts to order. I will be ordering most of my other stuff from Zanottis. They give better than 20% off on large volume orders. I don't pick one over the other, I shop by best price. Thought I would pass this info on to you.
Richard, glad your OK...Had some JAG BAG do the same thing to me earlier this year. Had to lock up hard to avoid hitting him. It seems more and more people have their head firmly implanted in their azz.
