For slip-ons, lots of choices. V&H Hi Output slips ons are pretty loud. Deep and sound good, but loud. CFRs, loud as well. Rush can get loud, especially if you open up to a 2.25 or 2.5" baffle.
I don't think my Comp Baffle Jackpots are much louder than Rineharts, but I think standard Jackpots are a little quiet. Now with motor work, I will most likely go back to standard baffles.
Thanks for all the great advice. I don't want to spend a ton of money, so it looks like the Jackpot 4 inch slip ons for $359. V&H are about $600-700. CFR looks great but runs $605.
I currently have stock mufflers that have been drilled. Great sound for what the $100 I paid, but I'm ready for a new sound. I'm not worried about performance really. This is my 4th Harley, first Road King. My wife has a beautiful 2000 Sportster Sport. I can ride that for performance! It's a great Sportster.
Thank you all for responding.
