Dave & Becky Krolak that own Nostalgia Works have been great to deal with. They spent over an hour of their Saturday explaining the process and going thru the different options with me. I had taken one of the side covers with me and asked if they could try to match a carbon fiber pattern to the color of the bike. Dave asked if I could leave the cover there, and said that he would work to get the color and the pattern to match as close as possible thru tinting the base coat. Here's a basic idea of the pattern.

Anxiously awaiting the final product and see it on your bike.
And the cost seems very reasonable.......

On American choppers. Occ did that money bike for some rich guy that owns auto shops on the east coast. They dipped the tins in sheets on $100 bills and painted over the hydro dip in some spots on them.

Very cool - saw them dip guns in camo on TV one time. I bet it looks sweet when inner's back on bike!!! BTW - nice little toy you got there in the garage w/your SharkNose...lets see some pics of that one too.

Hydrographics process has been around a long time. Modt of my bows in the late 80s were camouflaged using the process. Never thought about using it on a bike. Cool idea. Looking forward to the pics.
