I'm planning to upgrade the clutch and front brake cables on my '08 Road King.
I've been looking at Harley Diamondback and Magnum Sterling Chromite II cables. Any opinions on these or any other good stainless cables?
I fitted a Diamondback to my 1990 Glide, to replace the original one. Very smooth action and so much better than the old one that I took out the Clutchlite I had installed. I was not after what it looks like, but a good choice for improved and lighter clutch action.

I replaced my handlebars this year and went with the +6 Magnums. These are awesome, and you have a choice of Chrome or other colors. The quality is outstanding. I would buy these again without hesitation.
Customer service was also top notch. Everytime I called, I got to talk to a live person. I had to talk to them more than normal since my garage was broken into on the same day the first set of cables was delivered. Figures. Rat bastards stole my cables along with most of my tools.
The only thing you need to know - The Magnums do not match the stock connectors for the lower brake line. I was not planning on replacing the lower brake lines at the time, but had to. Glad I did - it looks sweet.

After lengthy reading and investigation on the Magnum Cables, that is what I decided on.. I got new Handlebars for Christmas, and the rest was up to me. Magnum Chromite II was the choice. Clutch, upper and lower front brake lines non/ABS.. I can only say from what I have read om here and now have seen they look great! I'm not quite threw on the install of them yet, but looking forward to testing them out and reporting back here about them. I'm pretty sure they will be a great addition in functionality and looks!
