Well I think I've narrowed it down to 2 amps. RF PBR300X4 vs Arc Audio KS 125.2 BX. Gonna push a set of Polk MM651's for right now with the possibility of running another set later. Any thoughts from the audio gods on the forum? My only issue is my curiosity of running 4 speakers on the Arc 2 channel vs the 4 channel RF. Running the stock H/K head unit.
If you are going to run four ohm speakers and don't care about fader functionality you can use the Arc. It is a far superior amp to the ROckford... It runs cooler, it is LOUDER / more powerful, cleaner and more articulate, not that you'd really notice on a motorcycle rolling down the highway, but it is a better amp.
I think the Rockford runs too hot.
FYI -
YOu can squeeze and Arc KS125.4 in to the fairing. I did it.. It's tight, but it fits and easily drives four speakers
The ARC is a superior amp and is 2 ohm stable, so as stated if you don't mind not having a fader, you can run 4 4ohm speakers off of it, on the other hand for the price the RF is a really nice unit, and unless you have a serious hearing problem, it is more than adequate.
Let's not get crazy here. The RF amp is a better amp. People who have the Arc are pissed because this new RF amp came out and they spent there $ on the Arc. Most speakers today are 4ohm, and you get the extra two channels... I need more reviews of the RF amp running hot then the one guy who posted that his front speakers were hissing... just saying.

I'm not going to debate which amp is better, but I am very happy with my ARC running at 2 ohm. It's powering 2 5.25" and 2 6x9's and sounds great. Still need to play with tuning though.
I purchased the RF 300X4 amp in October and sounded fine until last weekend when it went out and I have no sound. Called RF and they said take it up with the seller which I am waiting for a reply. POOR customer service from RF. It's the last RF product that I buy!
