Yes he can, he uses HD paint, mine is perfect.

Ember red glo / Merlot, I got mine painted in the red, I don't know which one is which, but yeah the dark half (bottom) one looks like a root beer in the sun

I bought a Brilliant Siver Pearl painted inner fairing from Adventure Harley Davidson in Ohio for $412.00 shipped. Not bad for a dealer.

Ordered this today, I also needed one without mirror holes. Do the work myself, not a bad deal. Sell the stock one, won't be to bad on the wallet.

I paid $ 75 for an 08 for my 07 UC so I can use new fairing wind deflectors, just had to drill a hole for throttle cables and got it painted to match bike's paint for $150 from auto body shop I often use for my cars.
