Wife and I joined a senior couple riding a Goldwing equipped with these things that seem to have been stolen from a maternity ward...
The lady was complaining saying the arm rests were hurting her back/spine because every bump immediately pushes her shoulder blades upwards while the seat's response comes later.
I have seen them both on Touring bikes, and they look pretty good, and sturdy. I haven't looked into black ones tho. But this is a place to start. Good luck!
I have the Kuryakyn ones and work just fine , they must be a older model as they are not a quick detach but will come off easy if I want them off , wife likes them and they have a built in cup holder and I also bought a pouch that goes on the other side , but mine are chrome
I had the old design the attached to bar under the tour pack, the problem was when I made the tour pack removable I couldn't use them any more and I also found that the support under the tour pack cracked into 3 pieces. Now I see it's mounts all different might just try them again
