Interesting power option......
If it's under $100 then it might be worth it, but I also do a bit of slab riding and wouldn't want to effect that either.
But if the earlier bikes had the 3.37 gearing and nobody complained, then I'm sure we won't notice it at highway speeds that much.

This guy with the Road Glide was complaining that his RPM seemed higher than the later model bikes. We thought he was nuts, but then after careful comparison, he was right. The newer bikes are turning 3100 or so at 70, and he was doing 3300-3400. He was bragging, later, that his new Baker 6 speed had dropped his rpm a bunch. I asked him what he was turning at 70 now.....3100! So, if you decide, after the primary gear change that it is too many rpm's at cruising speed, you can get a Baker 6 and be right back where you were.

We'll have to find out what's involved to do the change and what parts are needed.

Not sure about 90, but at 70, it's 180 rpm more. That would be roughly 3300 rpm instead of 3100 for me.

wnogood: Are you saying that my stock '01 FLHP is quicker to highway speeds than some of the bigger-inch late models? (for some reason I feel a self-satisfied smirk coming on) Why would I ever want to spend big $ on a newer & slower ride?

Here is a parts list I copied from another site.
info for 3:37 gearing
heres what you need for 3:37 gearing
Primary...24 tooth comp sprocket and a 37 tooth clutch hub sprocket
"socket size: 1 1/2" and a 1 3/16"
"clutch basket 37t- part# 37846-99a
"countershaft sprocket 24t- part# 40269-85a
"gaskets: I purchased the primary gasket and 2 doughnut gaskets but did not use them. I reused the one I had installed 3 months ago. It is fine.
Tid bit I picked up somewhere else...
#37846-99a came on all 1999 HD EFI models and was first introduced in 1999 as per the "-" designator. It was used on 2000, 2001 and EFI models but no longer used in 2003 when all models got the 3.15 gearing. My 2002 EFI Deuce had 3.15 gearing from the factory.
To go to 3.37 gearing you also need P/N 40269-85A countershaft sprocket which was used on all HD models through 1993 then only on the later EFI models through 2001.
Thats what I am being told. Your accelleration will be comparable to a stock 103, assuming that you have a decent stage 1 setup. Dont get too excited though......stock 103's were not "All that". My point being that with what mods I already have, and looking for more "Out of the corner punch" it may be perfect for us curve carvers.....
