Default Yep, Another Monkey Bar???

Was wondering if anyone has had any problem with 1" dia. ( grip, control area) Being to long? Installed left grip, controls and clutch perch and have a 1/2" gap between clutch perch and 1 1/4" bar section. Measured from the end of the bar to the 1 1/4" dia. The left side measures 7 1/2" and the right measures 7". ????

Wow..that would tick me off and having to modify bars that cost that much in any way is BS. Q

Which grips are you using? I used PM grips on my 12" Monkey bars installation, no gaps.

I'm using PM grips also. I can cut them down, not a problem. Just was'nt expecting to have to "trim to fit" bars that cost that much.

I just completed a 14" set no problem using HD edge cut grips. I also have heard certain grips leave a gap with the PYO from other members.

I had a problem same as you with avon grips. The bars are made to harley grip specs and when I used the harley grips no problem. Check my threads that I started and you will see where I posted the photos when the shop installed the bars.
