there are a ton of wind screen makers out there - I just ordered a ClearView for my E-Glide - the reason I went with them is they offer a 5 position vent installed at the bottom of the shield - This might not be a option for you with an RG because the vent has a little dose of the ugly & most RG guys are a little **** about ugly - - But if your having any buffering issues these vents really do help - GoldWing come standard with them - I keep the vent open at least one notch - more than that in the summer - but it removes the back pressure & that helps reduce buffering - My E-Glide was bought for a tourer making longer runs on the big road - I want all the comfort I can get - I have very little buffering now & this vent along with the flip at the top of the shield should remove any buffering I now have. Your results my differ.
my votes for Jim and fast aire. Have purchased two windshields from him for my E.G.
Super guy to talk and do business with. Highly impressed on getting my windshield from Reno to GA. on 3rd day.
Bought a 4" blackout. Maybe $35 which included shipping. Serves my purpose just fine.
Thanks again Jim !!!
I'm running a National Cycle V Stream on my '05 RG. Had a Clearview, it was OK but it had to be taller to keep the buffeting down. With the V Stream I can look over or through it and I get smooth air.
