I used a scala rider 2 on my last bike and it worked well. You can get it for either full, 3/4 or 1/2 helmets. A little costly but works good, as well as between bikes..
If I wanted to listen to her talk we'd have taken the car.
LOL too funny. My buddy thought I was nuts for getting the Scala 2 headsets so the wife and I can communicate. But it comes in handy. +1 on Scala2
I got mine off amazon for pretty cheap as well.

Everyone likes a little a**......No one likes a smart a**..
I suppose that you trailer your bike more than you ride then if your wife goes?
I am riding to Sturgis from the North Carolina coast and I don't want to hear her talk. That is why I am asking about this for her to talk on the phone instead of me on the 2,000 miles there and back.
You have to get the unclear Bluetooth headset. I just picked one up from the international motorcycle show and this is the best unit since sliced bread. It does not have a boom mike. The only thing that you can see on the helmet is the Bluetooth dongle. Right now you will have to get ear flaps for your helmet but I talked to the president of the company and they are working in something for half helmets. In addition they can pair up with another unclear and you can have helmet to helmet communication. I also purchased an accessory from them that turns non Bluetooth devices into Bluetooth. I am working on integrating it into the ultra radio / cb. That way you can also talk to your riding buddies that use the cb plus integrate into the ultra radio
