I just placed an order over the phone for a J & S Jack. I spoke with Steve. Man what a great guy. You can tell he is VERY proud of their product.
I missed the January special they were having on their website, a free drain pan or T-bar handle, by a couple weeks but I asked him if he would throw the drain pan in and he said yes.
He said it will ship on Friday.... I can't wait to get it!
Love the jack. No problems with the bottle jack so far. Bottle jacks are mass-produced crap anyway. J&S has always stood behind them and they can be purchased anywhere if it became necessary.
J&S is a great jack, but agree with Garemlin that the bottle jack is not very good. But J&S replaced mine free when it leaked. Good jack and great service. You will like it.
Congrats on the jack. I'm getting ready to order one today or tomorrow! Its good to hear they still honored the Jan. sale. I'll mention it also, and keep my fingers crossed.
Does anyone know if the t-handle off a Harbor Freight jack can be used (or altered) to be able to use on the J&S jack? Thanks

Doubtful but not necessary, the J&S is a foot pump
