I have the Power Duals, Ovals, with a PC and 255 cams. I love the combination, and think the Power Duals look and sound very nice, without being too loud. Plus you'll get a bit more HP and torque out of them.

With that said, pipes are very subjective. If you like the traditional true dual look and sound, then I would suggest going with the Dressers.

There was a brief period in 2011 where the Power Duels were getting some cross readings with the O2 sensors. That's why I went with the Dressor Duels last summer.
I'm pretty sure they fixed that issue.

Dressor Duels look better, Power Duels did increase HP and TQ on my 2009 when I put them on and dynoed it.

Here is a picture of the left side of my bike with the Dresser Duals. Another thing to consider is clearance. I have read several posts mentioning reduced clearance with the Power Duals. People who have them can tell if it's true or not.
As for sound, I maintain that DD sound better than PD. I've heard both with the same slip-ons. The reason is DDs are 100% stereophonic with 50% of the gasses exiting on the left side and 50% on the right side. Not the case with PD.
Put your hands behind the mufflers and you'll feel the difference between the 2 sides. Same with the stock headers.

I'm thinking of the power dual heads myself for my 12 SG with 4" Rhinehart slipons. I'm going with FM air and PV ECM. FuelMoto is great. Nice people

I preferred the looks of the dresser duals but went with power duals. Tech sheets all claim better gains from the power duals. I figured that if I was going to spend that kind of money I would get some benefit from it.

In 2009 (and late 2008) when the newly designed touring frame came out, there really wasn't any choice for aftermarket headers except V&H Power Duals or the Dresser Duals.
Having a cat in the stock header was a true nightmare with the 110" motor. So a upgrade was much needed.
I didn't care for the Power Dual, so I went w/ the Dresser Duals and Rineharts pipes. Heat was gone, performance was better, kids, dogs, ran fast away, and car alarms going off everywhere.!
Back to the future, I now have Fulsac X-Pipe and it has much, much, more torque! Hopefully this weekend my Rineharts will be off and installing Fulsacs 2.25 baffles in the orginial 4" cans.

Good luck and Ride Safe,

YELLOWBIRD

Like the look of the Dresser Duals, but I ended up going with Power Duals and Monster Ovals on my 2011 FLHTK. Using a Ness Derby Sucker A/C, 255 cams, and TTS Mastertune. I'm VERY happy with the sound, good torque, and the butt-dyno is happy. I don't think the Power Duals look bad either, but that's just me.

I haven't had any clearance problems.

Went with the Dresser Duals because I got a great price on them.
I like the look of the Power Duals but I can say the Dresser Duals with Monster Ovals sound incredible.
Sounds more like an old muscle car than a loud bike.
