That's what I used. Work great and they cost a lot more than regular ol' 90 degree valve stems so they got to be way better!!

I've got the same stems in your link. Installed them with my E3's. Much easier to check pressure.

That's the ones I have. http://www.motorcycleanchor.com/tire_valves/index.htm
They are zero loss aluminum valves. There are probably cheaper ones but as always, you get what you pay for.

I want to put those on next time my tires need changing but It might be tough putting them on myself being half crippled with this back of mine and I don't trust anyone to do as good a job as I would to my sh$$ so I'm conflicted. I've got some time to figure it out, taking a tire off is easier than putting it on (unless I've got my own tire changer and I dont) so I suppose I can take the tires off and locktite the stems on then take it down to CycleGear and have em put the tires on for me. That sounds plausible.

Same set up for me. Anyone have a link that has anything that can screw on to the valve as it is on spoked wheels ?

Thanks

Bought mine from Kurvey Girl http://kurveygirl.com/shop/product_i...roducts_id=142 and have 2 full seasons and 50,xxx miles on them. I can't imagine carrying an adapter to screw on each time I want to check tire pressure - like every morning on my road trips. Just something else to carry and lose...

Just ordered Anchors (thanks, forum - Always a big help in parting with a few more $$$).

And for the record, I still think it's completely insane that HD uses the valves they do, knowing how difficult they are to access. [/RANT]
