Default Angled Valve Stems

Anybody ever change over to angled valve stems like these, or other ones? The straight stems are such a PITA to get to for checking or airing up. If you've got better ones, post 'em up.

I put a set on my FLHT.
They work great. It's a lot easier to check or add air.
Just make sure that you install them so that they clear the brakes.

I used these on the original wheels that came with my Ultra. Well made and worked like a charm. Don't need them on my new wheels but I recommend them highly.

The shop that did my tire changes put some shorter valve stems than original. Makes it much easier to do pressure checks now. And still looks original.

Yep I've gone to the 90* valve stems and LOVE them. Much easier to access for maintaining air pressure.

I get the 90 degree stems put on whenever I put on the first set of new tires.

I had one for my rear for about 2 years. Somehow it gotten loose and start losing air, I could spin the stem with my fingers. The jam nut inside must had worked loose.

I had Dynabead in the tire, wondered if that has anything to do with it. Or should I use blue loctite on the jam nut?

Yep, that is a mod worth doing, but you can get them cheaper than that.
