* Will the Sundowner seat for the street glide fit perfectly?
the harley shop said "they think" the only difference is the stitching.... anyone know?
I put a street glide sundowner seat on my 06 ultra and i had to add a leather filler part to cover up wires running up the tank and just wanted to see if i would have the same problem w/ the 2011
** Also anyone know if there is a way to rig up my backrest from my 2006 to make it work on the 2011 ???

Can't help you with the seat, but I took my driver backrest off my 09 Classic & now have it on my 2011 103 Ultra. It had a mount kit under the seat that was OK to move from the 09 to the 11. (Mine is the one where you squeeze the 2 "prongs" together, and put them into the mount on the rear fender, under the seat.)

FYI - i found out today at Frederick Harley
08 to 12 take the same seat (street glide or regular stitching) since both the street glides and ultras have the same tank console (08 and after)
your 09 will fit an 11 because they are basically the same bike after 11
its before 2008 where there are differences
