Their Sintered Metallic Pads look to be comparible to the Lyndall's Gold + BUT the Hawks are $19.87 a set compared to $59 for the Lyndall's (on Lyndall's site).
$19.87 price is from buybrakes.com.
I have always used Lyndall's in the past but I may give the Hawks a try this time around.
You get what you pay for! I would rather stop that not stop! Lyndall pads are a Dupont Carbon/Kevlar Organic Compound not sindered like the stock HD pads or Hawk I would rather pay a little more for the Lyndall pad and be able to stop when I need too.
Do what you think is best but I'm sticking with my Lyndall's.
Yes , if you search I did a write up on them , I put them on my bike for about 5K miles , they stopped better than stock , did not squeal , and were wearing nice , but they dusted worse than stock , I just went back to Gold +
