Cruise light

Cruise light
ok, looking for some help. Have an 04 road king with Cruise. Cruise works perfectly and light comes on with road king speedo. Here's the rub, decided to convert the road king into a road glide.
So, i have gotten everything changed over, all wiring complete, dash changed out, new guages installed, etc. Everything works, except the light for the cruise on the tach. Have spent 5 hours reviewing wiring diagram, tracing wires down etc. Still can not make the light come on. Crusie works, holds speed, accerlates and decrelates no problem, however cruise light on tach does not come on and glow red when turned on and then green when engaged?
