Default Is this a lowering kit?

Damn bike keeps bottoming out even when aired up and with a 160 pound passenger. So i pulled the bags and looked to see if she was lowered. is this a lowering kit that i think it is? I think i found the kit on ebay, and it says its 2 and some change, that just seems to low, am i right?

It is a lowering kit. It could also be a road6customs kit. It's tough to tell with the shock on.

If you take it off, you'll bottom out less.

Yes thats a lowering kit, but if its bottoming out, is it the tire hitting the fender or the shocks bottoming out? If its the tire hitting the fender before the shocks bottom out you need more clearance and have to remove the kit. But if its the shocks bottoming out than you need to add air to the stock shocks, if that doesnt do it you have a problem with the shocks and its probably time to look into better shocks.

+1 on new shocks. Everyone and their brother puts these on. So your shocks are probably shot.
