I didn't trust the restaking....didn't look like it would holdup very long.
I found this fix at HTT.
I drilled right in the gap where the ring meets the pulley.
There were eight locations....Tapped the holes, installed button head hex dive screws, 3/4 inch long 10-24 threads.
I will use red loctite on them.
will have to store that in the memory bank , if I can find room
All overkill...The belt walks to the outside of the pulley, ( by design,) and never puts pressure on that cheap inner ring when moving forward.
It's there only for backing up, where the belt will naturally walk itself in the opposite direction. ( You could actually run a belt without the inner ring as long as you didn't back up too much...)
