I'm just saying.
I must say the first answer on this post is a very shitty blind ad...sponsor or not it did nothing more than promote a product...it did nothing to address the brothers question....what a crock......The seccond one....? Well to be honest I am not sure what the fuel moto one is all about...well ok I do but hey I am not usually out to Flog the prospects......if you people can't or won't try and answer the man's question ( this requires a non automated response, some neurons, and actualy grasping the ability to read and relate to the post)........then don't....For Petes sake "prospect" if you could have....if you would have read the post, you could obviously tell the poster has a better than you do understanding of the very crap from fuel moto you tagged him with.....it's just so damn ignorant he simply wanted "your" opinion on his question not a friggin refferal, people come here to interact with each other on common ground, and for the love of the machines, any idiot can find a vendor and call them and talk to some moron reading in broken English out of a scripted catalouge......He did not ask "Hey does anyone know where I can talk to someone who knows the answer to my post?" He was looking for "your thoughts" .......you obviously don't know enough to contribute anything positive....or your just like so many others with a Harley these days.....you just spent your money (neanderthal consumerism) on the name, and slapped the **** on your bike, and now your an expert by association...Just cuz you paid for it don't mean Fuel Moto knows Dick....but rather than offer up some kind of intelligent response you offer..."Hey call fuel moto they know what theyre talking about....'(cuz I dont )' WTF is anyone else tired of this crap or is it just me? .......Im just saying. Now someone with real knoweledge is bumped 2 spaces closer to the last page of a thread because you chimed in with nothing of relevance to offer! Man it felt great to vent. Oh...prospect... Mr "Potter"....edit your friggin signature...Tomarrow is spelled wrong....go figure...I'm still just saying.
I guess I'm the SECOND person to notice potter's spelling error. It is ACTUALLY quite irritating to read a post that is also void of proper punctuation. If I could CATALOG all these mistakes, they would be the size of a phone book. My only REFERRAL to these folks would be in the extensive KNOWLEDGE that can be had by owning a dictionary. Of the many words it contains, I like the words KETTLE and BLACK.

Alright back to the question. I installed some Woods 555 cams in my 07 Ultra with the stock headpipe and Rush slip-ons. My bike dynoed at 97 lb/tq and 86 hp. I know you have done other mods on some of your other bikes so maybe you will be able to compare the difference. I know my brother has a 103 with andrews 37 cams and Rinehart true duals and he came in at 115 lb/tq and 94 hp. That was on the same dyno 2 weeks apart. The dyno guy said that that was the highest numbers out of a 103 that he has seen.

As opposed to folks that bitch about advertisers here on the forum, whats needed is to MAKE THEM GO HOME.

Talk about false advertising... I watched the Video where they got that 15%.

They got 15% with a full on Stage 1, NOT just a pipe swap. They added an Arlen Ness AC, AND Dyno tuned the bike.

WTF, any decently done Stage 1 can pull off 15% with a Dyno Tune. Those pipes do NOT as a back to back swap, with NO tuning add near that amount. It's the TUNER that got that gain, not so much the pipes. WIth a set of Cycle shacks slip ons and a tune, one can achieve the same increase.

First, the sponsors of this forum keep it going and make it possible for people to have this great place to talk about ideas, whether they be correct or incorrect.
Now to address your claim that any decent stage I will give you 15%. Would you be kind enough to share, because in the years of operating a dyno, we haven't seen any slip-on net more than 4 or 5 max ft lbs of torque. When we have put on a stage I with any other full pipe setup, the most gain has been 7 ft lbs of torque over stock with a full tune. The MGS True Duals add 12 ft lbs of torque. Why would anyone run a full pipe system without calibrating the air/fuel ratios? The bike would run poorly and could even end up hurting it if ran for any length of time in its unbalanced condition. I think most people would put an a/c & tune when installing new exhaust systems. We did dyno the bike with no tune just to see, & it produced 8 ft lbs of torque with no tune, higher than we had seen previously with any other pipes WITH a tune.

I'm not saying we're right, but if you know of any slip-ons that will match those numbers, I would like to know, that would be phenomonal.

As far as posting a blanket ad here, unless I misunderstood the question, I thought he was looking for headpipes as opposed to stock that sounded good. These would be a good option for him.

Great to see all of the action on this forum, but definitely have to wade through all the critical opinions and advice, but isn't what this forum is for? It gives the reader some ideas to consider before making their decision on what they believe is right for them.

As far as I have read, studied and analyzed from tech experts, you can add on exhaust and A/C without a fuel mgt. system add on. You just need to install one then run your ride, and shut off turn on shut off for several rides, and the ECM will reset itself. This is of course bikes with O2 sensors in the header.

After I read your ranting and raving I had to laugh. At first I thought maybe you missed a dose of your medication. But as I thought I just come to the conclusion your just a *******. As for my signature, I appreciate the advice. But Im going to leave it just to irritate you. Have a great day !!!!!!!!!

I believe my post went over your head. Not surprising. But go ahead and burn your bike, I doubt you could find the correct end of the match.
