Special thanks to those guys who posted pictures with their inner fairing painted. I've been tossing and turning trying to decide on black or paint to match. I've decided I want it to match and I'll be adding some PYO mirrors to replace the fairing mounted. They have been semi-obstructed with my Wild 1 bars, which are GREAT bars I might add.
Hell of a color combo. As most of you know Harley s are supposed to be Vivid Black.... This 2 tone gives that classic black down low but really pops in the sun on top. So much metal flake it looks like gravel in the paint
Brand new zero miles 2 weeks ago, I just dropped it off at the dealer with 1400 miles for tuner rinehart 4" true duals, big sucker, quick release tour pack and S&S ez- start cams.
I have seen two races this week of BBP against a VB and the BBP won both times. The second race the owner of a VB was riding the BBP. Might be something to watch for coming soon. The new fastest color.
Well, we all know the BBP comes on the bikes that have the 103" motor. What motor did the VB have? An 88"???
I love that blue, and the new red. But nothing beats black and chrome!
Beauty's in the eye of the beholder and I respect everybody's personal preferences - but for me, it's vivid black or nuthin'!
I looked at the VB paint on my '94 Dyna thru a 20X magnifier & it's amazing how many different colored specks of pigment (other than black) are in that stuff. I saw red, orange, blue and white specks in it.
