Just got through installing CFR slip on's onto my CVO Road Glide Ultra, all I can say is wholly Sh..

Those pipes roar!! I already had Vance & Hines dresser duals on the bike with the Hi-Output slip ons which were loud. The CFR's are very, very deep bass sounding and again loud! Now I can **** off the neighbors even more!

Now I gotta sell the Hi-Outputs!!

 

Any problems tuning your bike,i wanted those but heard to many issues getting it to run right

 

Congrats on the new pipes. I've had them on for 10,000 miles and still can't believe the bass rumble. To FAUVDOG, these things really flow, it took my dyno guru two passes before he got them right.

 

I had a deuce with a v&h pro pipe h/o and loved the sound. Now I have a 12 flhx with cfr's that sound even better and perform better. Best sounding exhaust I have ever heard on a HD.

i had them on my 2011 roadie and they do sound great but man did i lose performance. but i have heard the cary has redone the mufflers so that they can dyno i couldnt dyno mine ever thats why i sold them i now have vance and hines high out puts and they made a big differance. intensefab the mufflers i bought from u today are for a friend but u cant beat the sound of CFRs.

 

It's been a few weeks now. How do you like them so far? How is the volume? Have you felt any sort of performance loss?

 

Have had mine for a few years now along with the cfr headers,and still love them.congrats

 

Do the CFR slip-ons sound better and do they have a deeper rumble than thunderheader
tru-dual exhaust or the thunderheader 2-1 pipe.I am quite fond of the t-header deep rumble
and have always had a 2-1 thunderheader on my harleys.
Are the CFR slip-ons louder and deeper sounding than a t-header 2-1 or true dual thunderheaders?I don't mind loud as long as it is a deep rumble..
