Anyone know where I can get a voltage regulator for a 2006 Electra Glide Classic other than Harley. They want $214.50 for one and yeah, I cant afford that!
Or try a google search with the OEM part number and see what comes up.
I got a new in the H-D box chrome regulator for my '02 FLHTCUI a couple years ago on eBay for $150.00.
I've got the original voltage regulator (74505-09) that I took off of my '09 Ultra Classic after only 500 miles. I replaced it with a chrome regulator. I doubt that it's compatible for an '06.

I had an 06 FLHTI and if I remember correctly there was a recall out on them.I don't remember if the recall was by part# or manufacture date on the regulator.Maybe some of the parts guys on here can add to this.
