Help with code
Two of the codes you have are related to the throttle so yes, you probably did something installing the bars to trigger them.
The other three are related to 02 sensors. They may be the result of the fuel pak, I'm not sure. I know with a PCV those codes will always show as historic but it has no impact on the bikes performance. Maybe the fuel pak works in a similar way.
Have you tried clearing the codes? That's what I would do. Then see if they return.
If you're light is always on that indicates the code is current so they will most likely reset after you clear them. I wouldn't worry too much about the 02 sensor codes although I'd call V&H to see if those codes are normal with the fuel pak. The throttle codes are probably a result of your bar installation and you'll need to fix whatever the problem is.
