Have you tried clearing the codes? That's what I would do. Then see if they return.

If you're light is always on that indicates the code is current so they will most likely reset after you clear them. I wouldn't worry too much about the 02 sensor codes although I'd call V&H to see if those codes are normal with the fuel pak. The throttle codes are probably a result of your bar installation and you'll need to fix whatever the problem is.
I appreciate you taking the time to reply. I did call V&H. I Guess I will have to pull all the wires back out of my bars and go over them all. Thanks.
