I was wondering thinking the same thing, except for color matching the chrome on my luggage rack and sisy bar. Finally decided if it was even a little off, it would look stranger than going with the shiny black. Of course that works better for black pearl than for a lot of other colors.

There is a black pearl powder that is a dead on match to the HD black pearl. I have a couple pounds of it here.
I am getting ready to do a bunch of PC on my bike. My bike is Black Cherry and I will be PC'ing a graphite color and gloss black "highlights". (Graphite on the engine guard). I'll post pics of it when it's done.
Anybody have access to one of those programs where you could take a silver pearl Street Glide picture and color the crash bars to see what it would look like before actually doing it? (Color chop program)
