They'll bolt right on, just be sure of a couple things: handlebar size, and if you plan on reinstalling the chrome cover, you cannot use anything taller than stock height.

About an inch. You won't be able to gain any height that way unless you want to take off the fork lock and riser cover or fabricate a new one. It's not going to look very good. Unfortunately, the only way is going to be getting taller bars. You may want to try selling yours to DarkMatter

Stock FLH risers are 1.75" high. You can use a taller riser but you'll have to use the cover HD sells for the Streetslammer bars. Depending on the height of the risers, you may have to trim the cover a little. I've got 3" risers on my King and had to modify the cover, not a huge project, take your rimt.

Yep, I have the street slammer bars with 3 inch risers. I use the optional HD cover, with it you can use any size risers. Check spacerjims. I think it's www.spacerjim.com, or just google spacerjim. He can custom make you a set of riser spacers to any length you want for a fraction of what a Harley part costs. He made me my 3 inch spacers for like 50 bucks shipped. I used longer grade 8 bolts from Ace hardware to replace my stock bolts.
