Yes they work. In June 2017 while riding the Dragon I was stopped when I was rear ended by a friend doing 35 MPH. The accident totaled my Ultra Limited, however I walked away from the accident with only a little rash. So to me the bell prevented me from sever injury.

I took off the one that was on my bike when I bought it. I don't play into that crap. Never had one on any of my bikes ever.

They are very powerful. Was riding the other day and a drunk came into my lane. Something told me to hit the gas and hang on. Well, we jumped the car.......had to be the bell.
