Getting 12" PYO Monkey bars put on my bike next week. Just wondering if anyone can recommend a iphone mount that works well with ape hangers? Riders claw I don't think will work with the phone sticking over the faring and windshield. Can't figure out which ram-mount would work well with apes either. Tried searching just didn't find anything that fit.
BTW my iphone is my navigation as well as music not just music I use the Navigon iphone app for nav.
I'll also be testing a waterproof case from LifeProof as soon as I get a mount setup for it. Getting a setup that doesn't vibrate when cruising and doesn't increase screen glare are show stopper must haves IMO.

I am putting on the PYO 10" bars and from the research that I have found is, I am going to turn the ball upside down using the mount hole for the mirrors if you don't have them on your bars, if you have mirrors on your bars, use the ball mount that clamps to the bars and do the same thing and that will allow the mount / phone to be behind the fairing still.
On the iPhone, make sure that you turn the "shake to shuffle" OFF.....Before I went to the HTC, my music kept shuffling every few seconds. Just some food for thought.
