2012 FLHTK decel vibration?

The dealer is liable to tell you that "it's normal", but if you feel there is a definite issue, you should take it in and report it. It may not be bad enough now to get out of their "it's normal" range, but if it turns into something more later, at least you will have documentation of your concerns.

I had a lot of vibration when decelerating after i did some winter mods. Turned out i had the passenger peg brackets on backwards and it was resting on the primary making it very shaky on decel. I would check to make sure all peg or floor board brackets aren't touching the engine or resting on the frame. Also make sure you exhaust brackets, heat shield clamps, and headers are nice and tight. A loose exhaust could shake the bike around a bit. expecially if the saddle bags are shaking hard. Easy check that costs no money. Hope you figure it out

I dont know if this is what you are talking about but I had a wobble in the handle bars on decelleration at about 30 miles per hour. I brought it back to the dealer and they torqued the steering head bearing and now all is well.
