roll along in first about 1500 rpm, pull the clutch in, wack the throttle open and dump the clutch. that's the basics. then it's a matter of figuring out what your bike needs. maybe you need to just agressively release the clutch to avoid spinning the tire, play with the start speed and amount of throttle required. it'll come up. someone on the back helps a lot. don't listen to the fun police. some people think we're ******** and idiots just for riding a motorcycle. even some that ride will judge you for how you ride.....

My brother does wheelies all the time on his SG. We begged him to get off a crotch rocket because of the stuff he was doin on them. So he bought a Harley and still does all the crap he did on the metric.

BAWWWW HAHAHAHAHA......THAT is some funny shitt!!!!!!

guess i should have told you he has a dual sport that he wheelies all the time hes on it. he know the dangers of doing this, we both have commercial licenses. i have no desire to do wheelies but i think they are cool & even better when its a 800+ lb bike doing them, its impressive to me.
he knows how hard it is on the bikes & what it will take. the CLUTCH UP is not quite getting it so it looks like more parts are in store for him to buy to change the gearing. its only money HAHAHA

correct -- you have to find the sweet spot -- or get some motor work -- be prepared to purchase and install a belt -- don't ask me how I know -- the most important is SPACE enough to go up and come back down -- to avoid damageing (sp) the front end you have ride it out -- i8t will come down smoothly --

Fork seals take a beating. They will do it, but are not designed for that kind of thing.
