Wow, I'll bet if you broke down in Quebec, this guy would help you with out making fun of your lack of knowledge of French.
A picture would be really helpful, with out seeing it hard to say if JB weld/Liquid steel would work, do you have any internet savy friends that could help you get a picture up?
It may be possible to engineer it with a fitting and an oil filter relocation kit, any local garage mechanics around you?
I'm trying to figure out how you could break the oil filter mount off without bending the crap out of the frame. It's pretty protected.
J'essaie de comprendre comment vous pourriez casser le filtre ŕ huile monter sans se pencher hors de la merde hors du cadre. Il est assez protégés.
Right about now, some of you are really impressed................... don't be...... I used Google Translate
One of the best posts I've ever read--who'd have though that Google Translate would be a useful tool--unlike Service Manuals, etc.
Quebecians are almost all by-lingual--French speakers are a minority in their own country--the guy's pulling our collective legs to suggest he doesn't understand punctuation or capitalization in English. And even French-speakers use commas, paragraphs, and capitaliztion.
The foreign language aside, texters are doing their best to eliminate puctuation and capitalization to our collective detriment.
