I've seen somwhere and can't find it where You can set it up to where passing lamps stay on with the bright and not just on dim.Can somebody help Me out with this.Thanks.

For $30 bucks you can buy a plug in adapter from Harley to provide this function. Two different versions are available - one for Glides and one for Road Kings. It's a brand new product. I got one and installation was a snap. I know I could have done the tracing, cutting and soldering myself, but this was way too easy.

Illegal in lots of states, including Pa. That's why the feds make them wire it so the passin lamps go out on high beam. That being said, do what you gotta do.
