I have the kury windshield mirror set up on my ultra limited. I had installed hd inner fairing mirrors but changed my bars out and ended up just seeing my knuckles. So when the kurakyn mirrors came out I thought I would give them a try. I liked the look and didn't really want bar mounted mirrors.
They have good side visibility but I do have to move a little to see directly behind me. Definitely not as good viewing area as handlebar mounted. My only other complaint is that the gloss black finish has dulled from some cleaner I used. They kind of have a matte black finish now. Chrome might hold up better.
I tried to post photos but can't get this iPad to load them.
Had the inner fairing on my 01 UC. The 07 has bar mounted and I like them better. To each his own. Caution!!! the stud that mounts the HD fairing style ones is plastic, doesn't take much and snap. Learn from others mistakes.
