I have a 2010 Street Glide. I was installing some LED Turn Signals front and back, plus a Badlands Load Equalizer (the plug and play unit) specifically for my bike.
When everything was installed, I can't get the 4-Ways, turn signals, or brake lights to work. I tries restetting the TSS per the Badlands instructions. No luck.
I took off everything, now, I can't get the 4-Ways, turn signals, or brake lights to work. I tries restetting the TSS per the Badlands instructions. No luck.
Any ideas, short of taking the bike in to the dealer.
Thanks.
I was doing a similar install with aotogem derringer leds on my 99 FXST this weekend. I installed turn signals first and they work great. As soon as I tried to wire the rear led stop light, my blinkers become running/brake lights? I too used the Badlands equaliser.
Orange/white=Hot lead
Purple=Left
Brown=right
red/yellow= Brake
Black- ground
Blue = hot lead not used
Did you connect the orange wire from badlands to orange/white wire?
Any suggestions as to how I can prevent them from acting as running lights?
My Badlands unit was the plug and play version, so no cutting was required.
I did get the signals and brake lights to reset, I left the main fuse our over night and reset the TSSM, per the Badlands instructions. The Badlands module and LED lights are in a box, as I took them off.
Some day I'll get brave and try it again. Are there any modules besides Badlands that others have used. I really want a plug and play unit.
