about the hoop...i have a bolt on luggage rack as i ride two- up all the time....
got the whole bar with lights/gray lenses and rear sto light from a fellow rider for $50 ...complete....
I don't know what they look like now. But the license palte bracket on touring bikes look so chinsy for a company obessed with cosmetics. On my FLHR I did the HD laydown plate. It was $25 back then, the metal looked nicer. I have been nervous at times if a cop could pull me over when I have tourpack on, covering it. Even in general it is slighly concealed.
