I got 15k out of my first D407 rear and 31k out of the D408F front, but that was pushed to the wear bars, less than 2/32s.The fronts only have 6/32's new, compared to the rears at 11/32's .your mileage may vary
I'm over 32k on my front, bought the new tire but I can get a few more out of this one. My bike is lowered in the rear only. I wonder if that has an affect. On my other bikes I'd get about 10k on a rear and 20k on the front.

Wonder if the symetry of the bike changes when the rear only is lowered that much to improve front tire wear??? Wow that is quite a difference... on the wallet also...When i had my rear down one inc for about 500 miles i noticed the front behaved a little bit differently...
Good point Paisspj.
