New Castle HD ordering

New Castle HD ordering

When you order stuff from New Castle do you have to order everything online or is can you call the store and order from the parts people. When I look at shop.newcastlehd.com it appears they have stuff set up to do it all online.

Reason I'm asking is I need some help with part #, I think I'm right but I'm not sure enough to order it and get the wrong thing.

Yes you can call. Their primary site newcastlehd.com lists the phone numbers.

but write the stuff down I think you have to use there parts ordering on the webpage to get the discount. not sure though. but make sure you ask

Thanks for the help, called and talked to the parts guy to get the remaininng part # I needed and he told me to just order online.

Trying to put together a cruise kit for an 07...major pain....but I did get all the parts for $450 when the local dealer wanted $600.
