I remember a few years back when I got my first one...I ordered it and had to wait two months for it. Lots of sleepless nights! LOL The excitement doesn't wear off after it arrives. Sounds like you got a great wife, too.
Congrats. I ordereda Classica few weeks ago. Dealer said it should be here in February. Lucky you....you only had to wait overnight. You said they were delivering it to you? Will the dealerships do that for everyone? Where I bought mine is a two hourride for me. Would be nice if they delivered it to my door. Could be pretty cold in Feb. to ride it home.
I was never as exited about an new HD as I was about my 01 RKC when I bought it new. Congrats on the new scooter, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did mine! They are a great machine!
Way to go! The RKC is an awesome bike - just be careful with that accessory catalog; many here (including myself) have been lured down that destructive path!
Congrats on the new bike, you're going to love it! And I agree with the others.....ride her home. You don't have a new baby delivered from the hospital, do you?!
Reminds me of the day I got my 05 RK.Rode into the dealer on a saturday morning on my Beemer and was just looking and there she was, sitting on the show room floor and I knew I had to own her.Made the deal on the spot and guess what.It was a down pour when I rode home, but I had a smile on my face all the way home.Congrats on your new bike.
