Kinda strange too that I just had it in for the 1k mile service without fluids and they didn't even mention this. Kinda makes you wonder what they actually do.
Same here, I have a 09 Road Glide and use Redline. I keep an extra quart on hand just for topping off. Even though the manual says one quart its always a little shy.
So here's the outcome. I had to add 4 oz more to bring it to the full line. For a total of 36 oz. Leave it to Harley to give you an approximate on the tranny fluid. So instead of $15 for a transmission fluid change it cost me $30. Guess I only have to buy 1 quart next time.

Unless your the one that filled it on the last drain and you know for a fact it was showing full the last time you checked it, theres no way to determine if your lossing any fluid.. so, now that you know its full, if the next time you check it, its low again....now you have to figure out where its going...otherwise no worries.

I am the one that changed the fluids. I know I put in exactly 1 quart. And yes Dawg, that is the same procedure in the owners and service manual for 2 wheel motorcycles. I never checked it when I changed it. I just assumed 32 oz would be good. I will keep an eye on it.
I have a 2011 RKC and when I added Redline Shock proof I also add 1 qt and just little bit more from another qt in order for it to be at the full mark. I don't know how many ounces I had to a add but it wasn't much.
