I also ran my fingers across the disks. I couldn't find anything that felt like grooves, feel real smooth but I guess I may not be able to feel them too.....

So, the theory is then, that one or both rotors have warp? But, if that were the case, and the rotors were warped, wouldn't they have to rotate to the warped spot in order to push the caliper plungers out?

Maybe I'm not getting it.....
No... You are getting it. You are exactly right in your thinking process on the warped rotors (the bolded paragraph).

If your lever travel remained the same then that tends to eliminate any of the causes I mentioned. The first pump of the lever would have moved the pads to the rotor (if they were ever retracted in the first place). Then the next pump of the lever would have been less travel. Since that wasn't the case you've eliminated pad travel as the culprit.

The only other possibilities are now in the hydraulic system - caliper, master cylinder, bleeding, and/or flexing of the hoses.

Showing my ignorance here....

It has been my understanding over the years that air in the hydraulics woul create a situation where pumping would get things to firm up a bit, sometimes quite a bit. By pulling the brake like I did, with no change, did I not eliminate the possibility of air in the system?

Clean the calipers, I would almost lay money on it fixing the brake problem.

Not necessarily. When pumping lessens the brake lever/pedal travel it is typically from an out of adjustment condition (remember old drum brakes), or in disk brake sytems, excessive movement of the pads/caliper pistons. Air in the system will result in the "soft" feel regardless of how much you pump.

Brakes fixed!

I used the FixMyHog video and cleaned up the calipers as they showed. I had purchased some Lyndall Z+ pads to go in there "someday" and even though the existing pads had plenty left, I put the Z+ in all 3 calipers. Brakes work great! Smooooooth as butter, lever/pedal action is like a new bike. I'm hoping that the Z+ pads will keep the calipers from getting messy again too soon. I got gobs of black gunk out of the calipers when I sprayed them out.

Now... on to the Cruise Control issue......

Thanks guys!
