Could be an exhaust leak, but could just be a lean on decel.

Decel popping will not hurt your bike. What fuel management are you using?

If nothing, I'd try VL-VIEDs ($119) or a Power Vision from Fuel Moto which comes with one of their maps. I'm running a PV with Fuelmoto's map, very happy

Could be an exhaust leak. If not am exhaust leak you may need to add fuel via your pcv at 0 throttle.
Do you know how to adjust the map on your pcv?

exhaust leaks are easy to find....take a paper towel roll it into a cigar shape, light one end (not the one you are holding onto) let it burn for several seconds until it builds some red hots, blow it out and while the bike is running hold it near all the areas of you exhaust that might leak, if there is a leak it will blow the smoke away, if it is leaking real bad it will reignite the paper.....areas to check front and rear head to exhaust, and anywhere else there is a exhaust clamp...

What about using a candle? I know it will not catch on fire. Just a thought
